Kids Art Club

Kids Art Club: Artspace Mackay’s ongoing term-based Saturday morning art program for kids.

Renowned local artists deliver this rich six week morning program of creative art for kids aged 8 to 12 years. Each week they'll explore and respond to the exhibitions on show at Artspace Mackay through fun-filled art making activities. They'll learn new techniques and make art using many varieties of quality creative art mediums, and depending on the exhibitions and the artist tutor, may try their hand at anything from creative sculpture and painting to textiles and making large collaborative artworks! The fee is $180 per child for six weeks and includes art materials each week.
