Inspired by our region’s tropical backyard fruits, local artist Anita Kroeger created seven members for her family of funky fruit illustrations. Each colourful character will appear as large ground decals in the City Heart in July and August, brightening the public footpaths of Wood, Gordon and River Streets.
Play spotto with your friends and see if you can spot and photograph all seven – there’s Mango Lady, Sour Sop Guy, Banana Lady, Pineapple Dude, Avo Man, Dragon Fruit Girl and Tandem Lemons.
Keep your eyes peeled –the rarest of the funky bunch is Tandem Lemons, so follow your fabulous feet throughout the city until you’ve spied all seven!
