Katelyn-Jane Dunn: You sound just like your Mother

Katelyn-Jane Dunn is an artist and writer living on Yuwi country (Mackay, Queensland). Dunn's photo-media practice examines ideas of intimacy, relationships and feminine identities. Her latest exhibition You Sound Just Like Your Mother features archival images, poetic text, written memories, recipes, notes and documentary images collated in the wake of Katelyn’s mother Jan’s untimely death. This exhibition reflects on the experience of loss and the quiet, enduring labour of assembling what remains.
