Artspace Mackay respectfully acknowledges the Yuwi people, the Traditional Custodians of these lands. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging. This acknowledgement is extended to all Aboriginal members of the Birri Gubba Nation.

Artspace Mackay is a regional art gallery operated by Mackay Regional Council which provides the community and its visitors with access to a wide range of cultural services including:

• A leading program of nationally touring and locally curated art exhibitions
• Access to the Mackay Regional Council Art Collection, including Australia’s largest artists' book collection outside of the capital cities and a strong focus on Mackay and Central Queensland art
• Public programs for young and old including art classes, workshops, masterclasses, lectures, seminars, performances, presentations, guided tours and events
